Field sales rules
Set the rules for working "in the fields" with different categories of customers. The system can promptly hint on the appropriate actions at each step of your visit with the customer: check-in, goods display monitoring, demo, product selection or placing an order. Each field sales representative can place the results on record in the system immediately after the meeting.
Accept orders directly from a mobile device during the meeting. Easily manage all contracts, related specifications and additional agreements using bpm’online sales. The system enables you to quickly find new products for a customer and place an order based on previous orders. Moreover, the system allows you to work at your convenience; whether it is online or offline, depending on the availability of an Internet connection.
Support is provided by the developer within the “Basic”, “Business” and “Premium” packages. Detailed information about the support packages and the support terms can be found on the bpm’online website.
In order to install the bpm’online field sales, a minimum of one license is required.
The bpm’online field sales is purchased separately from bpm’online.
