Office Add-In for Outlook 2013+ and Office 365 to work with bpm'online from your Mailbox and Calendar. It does not require the involvement of administrators in order to get started. Any user of bpm'online and Office 365 (Outlook 2013+) can use it by installing it from the Office Store.

  • Instantly browse the data in the bpm’online system based on an email or a calendar event –linked to the relevant leads, accounts, contacts, orders or other object in the system.
  • Keep a record of emails and Calendar events in the bpm’online system directly from your Outlook.
  • Add a new lead or contact, and other records in the bpm’online system
  • Search, edit and work with any other bpm’online records directly from your mailbox or Outlook Calendar.
Support conditions: 

Support is provided by a developer within the “Basic” and “Business” packages.

SmartCloud Connect supports the bpm’online 7.7+, Outlook 2013+ and Office 365 for all browsers. Although it is not supported by Internet Explorer (and earlier versions), which can be found in Windows 7 for Outlook Web App or Outlook 2013+.
