MiContact Center connector for bpm'online
The "MiContact Center connector for bpm'online" connector allows you to call your customers within bpm'online and save all communication history in one place.
The connector helps bpm'online users perform inbound and outbound calls in bpm'online using Mitel telephony.
MiContact Center product version 9.0 is supported. Function of call transfer is not implemented.
1. Fill in connection parameters to MiContact Center. Go to System designer > System settings and fill in system settings:
