Opportunity printables filtering by roles
The "Opportunity printables filtering by roles" add-on allows you to setup the list of available opportunity printables based on the current user' roles.
To setup specific lists of opportunity printables for different sales departments.
1. Setup filter. Go to "System Designer" > "Lookups" > open content of the "Printables for roles in Opportunities section" lookup and add user roles and respective opportunity printables.
2. Check set filters. Re-login bpm'online as a user of a required role and go to the Opportunities section, open an opportunity and check list of available printables.
