Process task notifications cleaning for bpm'online
The "Process task notifications cleaning" add-on allows the system administrator to delete the incomplete activities from the "Business Process Tasks" block on the communication panel, which are no longer relevant.
The system administrator can use this solution to clear notifications for process tasks that will not be performed and their mention on the communication panel is no longer relevant to the user.
When deleting notifications for business process activities, the entry is deleted only from the displayed "Business Process Tasks" block on the communication panel of the selected user.
There is no possibility to delete an activity notification for all users in one go.
1. Open user notifications. Open "Tasks for business processes" on the communication panel, in the "Responsible" field enter the user whose activity you want to display.
2. Delete one notification. Click on the pictogram with the image of the basket next to the entry you want to delete.
3. Delete all notifications. Click on the pictogram with the image of three points and select "Delete all records".
To delete notifications, you must have the organizational role of "System administrators".
In order to keep this add-on free, support is provided only through the email. The reaction time for the incident is 8 working hours, the resolution time of the incident is 24 hours.
