The section contains synchronization rules. A user is able to configure the transfer of objects. In addition, a list of metadata from bpm’online and Quickbooks is provided. The user can independently change the corresponding fields to synchronize the two systems.

The main use case of integration with QuickBooks is two-way account synchronization: when creating an account, information is transferred to QuickBooks, when updating the status, this data is transferred back.
Invoices are one of the document types in QuickBooks.
Activities based on which synchronization is performed occur directly in the bpm’ online.
When creating accounts/ invoices in bpm’online, the data is transferred to QB. The synchronization returns the account status to bpm’online.
