Records group editing for bpm'online
The Records group editing for bpm'online add-on allows users to edit the fields of a records group in sections, details and lookups at the same time.
The solution will be useful for updating information on a large number of records. This will save time on editing each record separately. For example, the replacement of a person responsible in the records after the employee’s dismissal.
Support is provided according to the bpm'online “Basic” package.

1. Setup access. Go to "System designer"> "Operation permissions"> "Access to edit multiple records", add users who need access to edit groups of records.
2. Edit records. Go to the section. detail or lookup whose records you want to edit. Select "Actions"> "Select multiple records", select the records to edit. Select "Actions"> "Edit selected records"> "Add column", fill in specific value. Add the required number of columns and their values to be set for the selected records. Click "Save". When the update process is completed, result notification appears.
3. Cancel editing. If necessary you can cancel editing by clicking the "Rollback changes" button in the change log.
4. View change log. Go to "System designer"> "Workplace setup", select a workplace, add a section "Group change log", save. Exit and login to bpm'online again. Go to the "Records group edit log", open the created record to view the changes results.
