Records group editing for bpm'online
The Records group editing for bpm'online add-on allows users to edit the fields of a records group at the same time.
The solution will be useful for updating information on a large number of records. This will save time on editing each record separately. For example, the replacement of a person responsible in the records after the employee’s dismissal.
The solution works only for records in sections.
1. Setup access. Go to "System designer"> "Operation permissions"> "Access to edit multiple records", add users who need access to edit groups of records.
2. Edit records. Go to the section whose records you want to edit. Select "Actions"> "Select multiple records", select the records to edit. Select "Actions"> "Edit selected records"> "Add column", fill in specific value. Add the required number of columns and their values to be set for the selected records. Click "Save". When the update process is completed, result notification appears.
3. View change log. Go to "System designer"> "Workplace setup", select a workplace, add a section "Group change log", save and re-enter bpm'online. Go to the "Records group edit log", open the created record to view the changes results.
In order to keep this add-on free, support is provided only through the email. The reaction time for the incident is 8 working hours, the resolution time of the incident is 24 hours.
