Table copying in printables for bpm'online
The Table coping in printables for bpm'online add-on allows you to copy the printed form along with the customized table part.
The solution will be useful for companies that work with a large number of similar printable forms. Using the application you can copy all sources of an existing printable form, including tabular parts, and upload a modified template to create a new printable form.
In order to keep this add-on free, support is provided only through the email. The reaction time for the incident is 8 working hours, the resolution time of the incident is 24 hours.
1. Run the business process. Select the action "Run a business process", find "Copy printable." Indicate on the page:
"New Name" - the name of the new printable form;
"Printable" - the existing replicated printable form;
"Selected file" - upload the template for the new printable form.
2. Check the new printable form. Go to the record of the object which was used for a new printable form, click "Print" and select the created printable form. Open the downloaded file to view the contents.
