Installation
- Customer 360° must be installed before set up
- The connector can be installed both Cloud and On-site instance of Creatio, whereas the Cooby product itself operates exclusively in the cloud
By installing or downloading the App, you confirm that you agree with sharing your account data (name, email, phone, company and country) with the App Developer as their End User.
The App Developer will process your data under their privacy policy.
- Contact Cooby's Sales Team to get access to their Custom Free Trial
- Install Cooby package via Creatio and make sure you also have Customer 360 installed
- On Creatio workplace, look for “Contacts”, then click “Import” and select “Web forms and pages”. Look for “Cooby” on the sidebar, then generate the URL and copy it
- Go to Cooby’s Custom Webhook Integration Guide, paste the URL into both trigger actions fields and make sure to click save
- Go to Cooby’s Manage Permission page and turn on “Integration Permission”
- Go back to WhatsApp Web and allow Cooby access. Make sure you keep WhatsApp open for the messages to be synced
- Go back to Creatio and look for “WhatsApp Chats” on the workplace, now you are ready to start using Cooby with Creatio!
